Welcome to Myanmar 2D 3D. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Myanmar 2D 3D mobile application (the "App") and its associated website (https://myanmar2d3d.site). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The App is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this requirement and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Myanmar 2D 3D provides real-time public index statistics originating from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), 3D historical data archives (1971–2026), Thai government lottery number lookups, a traditional dream symbol reference dictionary, and an interactive community chat room.

3. Public Data Source & Accuracy Disclaimer

Data presented in the App is mirrored from publicly accessible data streams of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET - settrade.com). While we implement automated systems to maintain synchronized and uninterrupted updates, we do not guarantee the completeness, absolute accuracy, or timeliness of external data feeds. The App is not sponsored, authorized, or officially endorsed by the Stock Exchange of Thailand or the Government Lottery Office of Thailand.

4. Community Chat & User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules

The interactive Chat Room allows users to share opinions and perspectives. To ensure a safe and respectful environment pursuant to Google Play's User-Generated Content policies, you strictly agree NOT to post or transmit:

• Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harmful statements.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting religion, race, gender, nationality, or disability.
• Unauthorized commercial advertisements, spam, referral schemes, or deceptive solicitations.
• Fraudulent financial tips, unauthorized betting operations, or requests for personal financial details.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene materials.

We reserve the sole discretion to monitor, moderate, censor, or permanently remove any user comment, and to suspend or permanently ban users who breach these community guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphical assets, application designs, software code, custom layout elements, and branding trademarks associated with Myanmar 2D 3D belong exclusively to the application operators and developers. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any part of our application without prior written authorization.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Advertising

Our service is provided free of charge and incorporates third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) as well as cloud infrastructure (Firebase). Your interaction with third-party advertisements or external links is governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Myanmar 2D 3D and its operators provide the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developers or affiliated entities be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, interruptions, or damages arising out of your reliance on information or data provided within the application.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App following any update constitutes formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
