This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in accordance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, user privacy standards, and general data protection practices. By installing or utilizing our App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

1. Information We Collect and Receive

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the minimal data required to provide real-time updates, maintain community communications, and support app stability:

• Device and Network Information: Basic anonymous technical attributes such as operating system version, device model, network connectivity state (via connectivity_plus), and package information to guarantee proper app compatibility and live data rendering.
• Push Notification Tokens: Through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a randomized, non-personally identifiable token is generated by your device to enable timely delivery of draw updates, result summaries, and critical maintenance notices.
• Community Room Messages (User-Generated Content): When you participate in the public community chat room, your chosen display nickname, message text, and timestamp are transmitted to and stored within Firebase Cloud Firestore. Please refrain from sharing sensitive, identifiable personal data in public messages.
• Advertising Identifiers: Third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) may collect standard anonymous device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID) to serve context-relevant or non-personalized advertisements.

2. Android System Permissions

Our application requests only the permissions strictly required to execute core operations:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required to establish live WebSocket/REST API connections to fetch real-time SET indexes, lottery archives, and chat streams.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to monitor active network availability and notify you if internet connectivity is interrupted.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Requested explicitly to deliver high-priority draw result alerts. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
• android.permission.VIBRATE & android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Used solely by the local notification framework to signal alert arrivals upon draw publication.

4. Public Chat Room and User Content (UGC) Policy

The interactive Chat Room provides a space for community discussions. In accordance with Google Play's User-Generated Content guidelines:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, obscene materials, intellectual property infringement, and commercial spam are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the unilateral right to moderate, filter, hide, or permanently remove messages and ban offending users without prior notice.
• Content posted in the chat room is publicly viewable by other users of the application.

5. Data Retention and User Deletion Rights

We retain chat room messages and delivery logs only for as long as is necessary to sustain service operations and moderation oversight. Because we do not require account registration or collect personal identities, most device configurations remain locally on your phone (managed via shared_preferences).

Requesting Data Removal: If you wish to request the manual removal of messages or associated public entries you submitted to our chat database, you may email our engineering team directly at [email protected] specifying your display name and approximate posting timestamp. We will process your deletion request within 30 business days.

6. Data Security

All network data transmissions between the application and our servers or Firebase endpoints utilize industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) and secure WebSockets. While we apply standard security protocols, no internet-based data exchange is completely immune to vulnerabilities, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children’s Privacy Protection

Myanmar 2D 3D is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If we identify that a minor has provided information, we will delete it promptly upon discovery.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological adjustments, legal compliance requirements, or operational changes. Any modifications will be posted to this URL with an updated "Effective Date." We recommend reviewing this document regularly.
